New Year’s Eve Celebrations Around Europe
It was disappointing that there were no Official New Year’s Eve Celebrations here in Montreal. “Montréal en Fêtes cited rising production costs, difficulty finding labour and financing challenges among its reasons for cancelling the festival.” We usually see all the fantastic fireworks from our balcony overlooking Old Montreal. Day 9 – The Mighty 5 National Parks
We took our time today getting ready to start our long turn toward Bryce and Zion Canyon National Parks. People always mention the Grand Canyon South Rim, but there are many other remarkable parks in this area of the United States. In Utah, there are the Mighty 5 National Parks. Yesterday, we visited the first two – Canyonlands National Park and Arches National Park. Today we went through Capital Reef National Park. Tomorrow we’ll go to Bryce, and the day after, Zion.
